Antoine is currently Director of the Institut des Politiques Publiques (IPP) in Paris, jointly developed by the Paris School of Economics and CREST. Following the model of the IFS, the IPP aims to promote quantitative analysis and evaluation of public policy in France using cutting edge research methods in economics.

This paper documents the key stylised facts underlying the evolution of labour supply at the extensive and intensive margins in the last forty years in three countries: United-States, United-Kingdom and France.
Lord Hutton's interim report on public service pensions recommended an increase in employee contributions in the short term. Suggestions for more fundamental reforms of the pensions will be made in the Commission's final report next spring. Any such recommendations should consider how cost effectively public service pensions attract and retain the desired calibre of staff in the public sector and whether any reforms to the structure of the schemes should be accompanied by reductions to the average generosity.
