IFS Research Fellow Professor Carol Propper wins international award

IFS Research Fellow, Professor Carol Propper, has won the prestigious International Health Economics Association (iHEA) Arrow Award, which recognises excellence in the field of health economics.

Professor Propper and two other academics were awarded the prize for a paper entitled “Free to Choose? Reform, choice and consideration sets in the English National Health Service (NHS)”. This was judged the best health economics paper published in 2016.
