Tim is a Research Associate of the IFS and Lecturer in Economics at the University of Leicester.
His research interests are in Public and Labour Economics and focus on topics related to inequality and public policy. In recent projects, he has analyzed firms’ hiring decisions with respect to the long-term unemployed, the impact of tax policy on family decision-making and gender differences in occupational choice.
