Carl Emmerson, Deputy Director at The IFS, has presented at Budget perspectives 2020, an Economic & Social Research Institute (ESRI) event.
The event, which launches two new papers: Carbon taxes and compensation options and Indexation and benchmarking of taxes and benefits: a framework to address key issues.
Carl’s presentation was focused on a UK perspective on pension automatic enrolment.
