This seminar has been organised by the Office of the Chief Economist and Country and Sector Economics at EBRD and EDePo at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).

Two papers will be presented, including the European launch of “The Early Years: Child Well-being and the Role of Public Policy” by Norbert Schady and Sami Berlinski (IADB). Plenty of time will be allowed for discussion and debate.
