Egon Pearson

The son of Karl Pearson, Egon followed him into a post at UCL where he met Jerzy Neyman (1894-1981) with whom he developed the theory of hypothesis testing.

He would probably have lived for a time at 7 Well Road in Hampstead, where there is a blue plaque commemorating his father.
