Charles Spearman

Charles Spearman was a professor of psychology at UCL, who invented factor analysis.

Spearman was born at 39 Upper Seymour St (now Seymour St) in Marylebone. In declining health, he took his own life by throwing himself from a fourth floor window of University College Hospital.
