David Phillips, Associate Director, gave a presentation briefly setting out some key issues for local government finance - including related figures for the Bristol area - at a roundtable of academics and stakeholders in Bristol on Thursday 27th April 2017. It was used to as a spur to discussion on how changes in local government finance arrangements and the devolution agenda are linked.
