This report quantifies the likely impact on the distribution of income (and in particular, measures of poverty and inequality) of projected changes in the structure of the labour market over this decade. It combines micro-simulation techniques developed at IFS to model changes in household incomes with forecasts of the structure of employment produced by the Institute for Employment Research at the University of Warwick.
