Gordon Brown's fourth Spending Review will be unveiled on Monday. It is expected to confirm the government's spending plans for 2005/06, the last year covered by Spending Review 2002, and to spell out how much money each spending department can expect in 2006/07 and 2007/08. So how big will the total be? How will it be divided? And which departments are likely to be the winners and losers?
