The ESRC econometric study group is a UK based forum for the dissemination of current international research work in all branches of econometrics. This is achieved by organising a series of seminars and an annual conference, at which guest speakers from overseas as well as UK based econometricians present their work. Participation is particularly welcome from research workers from outside the UK and the conference has, in recent years, attracted econometricians from France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland and Spain.
