Marcos is a research fellow at IFS and a lecturer in economics at University College London. In his research, Marcos uses data from both developed and developing countries to understand issues related to the production of health, access to health care services, and health insurance. He also works in the evaluation of several social programs implemented by the Colombian government: Familias en Acción, Empleo en Acción, and Hogares Comunitarios.
