Stacey Chen is an IFS Research Associate. She recieved her PhD from the University of Rochester. She worked at SUNY Albany as assistant professor between 2002 January and 2008 May. She visited University of Toronto for a year in 2004 and National Bureau of Economics Research in the spring of 2007.
