Michaël Bégorre Bret joined the IFS in 2006 as a research fellow within the EU RTN network Microdata Methods and Practice. He studied Economics at the École Normale Supérieure (PSE, formerly DELTA) and at the ENSAE. He conducts research on the evaluation of training programmes. His other research interests include the economics of optimal taxation, education policies and the economics of risk and uncertainty.
