On Wednesday 9 February 2011, Charles Manski (Northwestern) delivered a Leverhulme Lecture on ‘Policy analysis with incredible certitude’. This lecture was organised by IFS and cemmap and formed part of the IFS-STICERD Public Economics seminar series. Over 150 delegates attended.
