On Friday 19 November (10am – 11.30am) the International Monetary Fund (IMF) presented the new Fiscal Monitor, "Fiscal Exit - From Strategy to Implementation", at IFS. Carlo Cottarelli, Director of the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department and Manmohan Kumar, Assistant Director presented the main findings and discuss the key risks and challenges in advanced and emerging economies.
