Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury, David Gauke MP, delivered a keynote speech at the IFS residential conference 'HMRC and the taxpayer'. More than 90 delegates attended this event in Cambridge and the strong line-up of speakers also included Lin Homer, Chief Executive and Permanent Secretary, HMRC and Edward Troup, Tax Assurance Commissioner.
