Between January and February 2012, 1,175 14-18 year olds across the UK took part in ‘Chance to be Chancellor’ to learn about, and share their opinions on the Budget 2012. The results are being launched today at the HM Treasury and Carl Emmerson, Deputy Director at IFS, is taking part as a panellist.
