The IFS recognises that climate change is a serious global problem. As an organisation, we are committed to minimising our contribution to climate change. To meet this goal we aim to reduce our current measured carbon footprint by 5% within a year and by 10% within 3 years. In recent years we have already made a number of changes to reduce our environmental impact. For example, we have comprehensive recycling facilities. We are also avid cyclers - over half of our core staff cycle (or run) to work. Going forward there are a number of things we will do to achieve our environmental objectives:
