Nuff_small Nuffield Foundation

One of the UK's best known charitable trusts, the Nuffield Foundation was established in 1943 by William Morris (Lord Nuffield) the founder of Morris Motors.

Most of the Foundation's income is spent on grants that support research or practical developments that will, in the words of our Trust Deed, "advance social well being". Apart from making grants to other organisations the Foundation runs its own projects and activities.
