Residential conferences: The above conditions do not apply to residential events. In the case of these events, you will be liable for 50% of the fee if you cancel less than two months but more than 30 days before the event. Any cancellations less than 30 days before the event will be liable for the full fee. By signing your completed booking form you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
