Once you have submitted your booking form and received an acknowledgment
confirming your place the following terms and conditions apply.
If you require funding from your university or organisation to cover
the cost of the event you should ensure you receive approval for this prior to booking your place.
Full payment is required no less than 10 working days prior to the event start date and the following cancellation fees apply.
- a) Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100% of the fees.
- b) Registrations cancelled less than 30 but more than 10 working days before the event, will be refunded 50% of the fees.
- c) Registrations cancelled 10 working days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- d) Registrants who do not attend for any reason will not be eligible for any refund and are liable for 100% of the fee.
If a participant is unable to attend an event, they may substitute another member
of their institute / organisation (as long as the equivalent fee applies).
If no payment has been received, we will require full payment before the delegate can attend any other IFS or cemmap event.
By submitting or signing your completed booking form, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
