 Pre-Budget Report Analysis 2009
The Chancellor will make his Pre-Budget statement on Wednesday 9 December. IFS will hold a briefing to present our analysis of this report on the following day, Thursday 10 December. This briefing will take place near our offices in Bloomsbury, London. Delegates can register from 12.30pm (a sandwich lunch will also be available) and the briefing will commence at 1pm. To reserve your place, please contact Bonnie Brimstone, External Relations Officer. Researchers at IFS carry out ongoing analysis of the government's fiscal position. After each Pre-Budget Report, Budget and Spending Review, we publish analysis of the Chancellor's proposals and reforms as well as of the public finances.
