Post-Budget Briefing 2009
The Chancellor will make his Budget statement on Wednesday 22nd April 2009. On Thursday 23rd April, the day following the Budget, the Institute for Fiscal Studies will be holding a lunchtime briefing at The Drill Hall (near the IFS offices) in London. The presentation will provide an opportunity to hear a considered view of the Chancellor's 2009 Budget announcements from Institute staff. Registration will commence at 12.30 and the briefing is expected to take place between 1pm and 2.30pm. A sandwich lunch will be available beforehand. Places at this event are free of charge.
