Terms and conditions of booking

Please read these terms and conditions before you return your booking form.

1. All bookings will be confirmed when we issue you with an invoice.
2. If a participant is unable to attend an event they may substitute another member of their institute / organisation.
3. Where a participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his / her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
• a) Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100% of the fees.
• b) Registrations cancelled less than 30 but more than 10 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the fees.
• c) Registrations cancelled 10 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• d) Registrants who do not attend will not be eligible for any refund.

By signing your completed booking form you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. Please note that the IFS will not accept forms that have not been signed.
