"The Institute's success is also in its way simple. First, it hires the brightest and the best..."
Our success as a research organisation rests on the quality of our staff. We employ around 35 full-time staff of the highest academic calibre, who also have the communication skills necessary to disseminate our findings to a range of people in the policy world. Alongside these staff, a network of Research Fellows and Associates from the UK and abroad contribute to our research programmes. Close links and collaboration with practitioners in tax and the law as well as with business and policy-makers help to ensure that even the most theoretical work is ultimately carried out with applied research in mind.
